SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the Philippines as long as the address is serviceable by any domestic logistics company.
2. Do you charge a shipping fee?
Orders of two (2) tees or more are delivered free of charge anywhere in the Philippines! We charge Php30 Metro Manila delivery charge and Php50 Provincial delivery charge if you place an order for only one (1) tee.
3. When do I receive my order?
If delivery is within Metro Manila, you will receive your tees within three (3) to five (5) working days from the time we confirm the full payment of your order. If delivery is in provincial areas, you will get your tees within five (5) to seven (7) days from full payment. For Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila deliveries only, except for Muntinlupa and Las Pinas), you will get your tees within five (5) days.
4. How do I track my order?
You will receive order information progress at every stage of the order. Where applicable, a tracking number will be sent over to your email address and/or phone number on record.
5. I live in another country, how do I buy?
We do not yet have the logistics in place to ship individual shirts overseas. However, you can get in touch with us directly, and we’ll see what we can do. Large orders will allow for better overall shipping rates.
6. I think my shirt took a wrong turn and got lost, what do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order delivery is taking longer than expected, please get in touch by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone and let us know. We’ll track it down and make sure it finds its way to you ASAP.
1. How do I pay?
Paying for your order is easy! You can send your payment through online banking, ATM or over the counter. We also offer cash on delivery so you do not need to pay for your order until you receive the tees. For those who want to pay via Paypal or credit card, you can transfer the payment to email@example.com.
2. How do I make a bank deposit?
Make your payment directly into our bank account(s) below. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Send a picture of the deposit slip to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

1. How do I cancel my order?
If you change your mind after making a payment and want to cancel the order, you may do so for as long as the tees have not yet been scheduled for printing. Please send the request to email@example.com with your order# as the subject line. We will refund your payment, less bank charges within seven (7) days from cancellation request confirmation. Unpaid orders after five (5) days without confirmation on commitment to pay will be automatically cancelled.
